Replacement Eligibility
You can request a piece-to-piece replacement only if:
The product has a genuine quality issue (e.g., damage, stitching flaw, misprint)
Request is made within 7 days of delivery
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags and packaging are intact
You provide unboxing photos or video showing the issue
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Not Eligible for Replacement
Size exchanges (please check our size guide before ordering)
Minor color or fabric variation due to lighting/screens
Products that are washed, worn, or damaged after delivery
Any items bought under clearance or final sale
How to Request a Replacement

Share your Order ID and the issue with clear photos/videos
Our team will verify the issue and confirm replacement approval
We'll ship a replacement piece of the same product/style within 5–7 days
Notes
No refunds will be provided under any condition
If the exact product is out of stock, a credit voucher will be issued for your next purchase
For defective items, we cover return shipping costs
